Working with me

I work with coaches, therapists, and people in adjacent fields who want to deepen their practice. The work is on the coach as a person — the patterns that shape how you show up, the values underneath your practice, the awareness and skills you need to access your own capacity.

Value Facilitation

What matters most to you, and what would it look like to live that fully?

Most people come in with a problem they think is about skills or strategy. It's usually about values — what they actually care about, and the gap between that and how they're living. This mechanism is about surfacing those values, naming them clearly, and then building the conditions where living them becomes possible.

State Fluency and Flexibility

Knowing when to be calm, when to activate, and when to hold edge.

The wellness industry has flattened state work into "down-regulation is good." That's half a model. The other half — knowing when to up-regulate, activate, hold edge, and stay present with discomfort — is what's missing in most coaching. This mechanism is about developing that full spectrum of state literacy.

Self-Inquiry and Self-Leadership

The questions you ask yourself determine the answers you can find.

Most people are trapped in a particular way of asking questions about themselves. This mechanism is about learning to ask different questions — questions that open rather than close, that invite curiosity rather than judgment, that point toward agency rather than blame.

Across all three: the work is accessing what's already there, not building something new.

You already have the values. You already have the capacity to regulate your state. You already have the capacity for self-inquiry. The work is removing what's in the way of accessing those capacities fully.
